Full Time Associate Veterinarian

Sutton Animal Hospital is looking for a full time associate veterinarian to join our growing and experienced team. Candidates must have a DVM or equivalent and be licensed in New York State. Candidates must either be intern trained in general medicine and surgery with 1 additional year in general practice, or have 2 plus years of general small animal medicine and surgery experience. Candidates should be comfortable performing basic general surgeries including spays, neuters, mass removals, and cystotomies. Candidates should also have dental skills including reading dental radiographs and performing extractions. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.  Candidates must have the flexibility to work one weekend day and some evenings. Work-life balance is a priority at Sutton Animal Hospital and every effort will be made to achieve this status for all our staff. 

Sutton Animal Hospital is located on the Upper East Side of New York City and was founded by Dr. Susanne Kent-Miller and Dr. Monica Kennedy in 2016. The hospital has overnight licensed veterinary technicians who stay with hospitalized patients when needed.
