A long established companion animal practice in Southern Indiana seeks a serious practitioner willing to meet client needs and established standards of care. The core values of this practice are typified by: a strong belief that we are called to have responsibility for all that is created; that the human animal relationship and our role in it is to provide excellent response to the whole range of medical care for companion animals. We value:
Balanced life work environment
Strong preventative medicine perspective
Interactive decision making based on healthy client education
Commitment to practice development to better serve the growth in our surrounding community
We are equipped with laser, ultrasound, in-house lab, endoscope and other standard technologies.
Our animal hospital is staffed to serve in house care, surgery, wellness and diagnostic appointments, as well as house calls for larger companion animals. Our doctors’ hours are varied by appointment demand and usually range from 40-50 hours a week. We have Saturday hours from 8:00am to 12:00 noon. Doctors share in a rotational plan to cover Saturday morning. Emergency services are provided by a local emergency clinic after reasonable hospital service hours.
We expect, based on a doctor’s first year ability to produce over $220,000 gross, a doctor’s pay scale would range between $65,000 to $75,000 plus his/her benefit package.
