VetCor has an exciting opportunity for a multi-site Regional Manager. This role will support our thriving and expanding hospital group in the Carolinas. VetCor owns and operates 260 veterinary practices, each with their own culture and identity. This individual will support local practice leaders in general management and central office coordination for 13 locations, with further regional expansion planned. Our motivated and energetic teams are looking forward to welcoming someone equally enthusiastic. The Regional Manager is expected to be based in the Raleigh-Durham or Charlotte area, to efficiently support the practice group.

The Regional Manager is responsible for ongoing, tailored support to practice leaders in managing:
Daily operations and administration
Hiring, training, and employee relations
Client service and satisfaction
Practice growth and financial health
Community-based marketing and online reputation
Facility and equipment needs
Employee morale, engagement, and retention success
Weekly travel within the region (sometimes requiring overnight stays) and occasional trips to other regions
Relevant experience in a multi-site service organization
Affable and positive disposition to establish rapport and trust with practice and corporate teammates
Ability to learn, appreciate, and adapt to the various personalities and cultures of each practice
Strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills
Dedication to exceptional service, care, morale and practice health in all supported locations
