The Animal Medical Center seeks a board certified or board eligible veterinary anesthesiologist for a full-time staff position in small animal anesthesiology and pain management. Strong interest and clinical competence in pain management is preferred. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work as part of a team in a collegial teaching environment.Clinical and Service Responsibilities: •Duties include performing and supervising all anesthesia related activities at the AMC, as well as providing consultations in pain management. Service responsibilities may also include intuitional committee work, continuing education, and contributing to professional organizations.Teaching and Research:•Clinical teaching includes instructing and supervising technicians, interns, and residents.
