The Green Mountain Animal Hospital (GMAH) is a private doctor owned small animal practice located in the scenic Lake Champlain Valley of northern Vermont. We have been serving the Greater Burlington area since 1969 and have a large, loyal client base. We currently have an opening for a full time veterinarian to join our 4 doctors and our exceptional team of enthusiastic, compassionate and highly trained veterinary technicians. Our full service hospital in South Burlington has a well-equipped surgical suite, digital imaging and Idexx in-house laboratory. Our small satellite Wellness/out-patient office is in the new north end of Burlington. There are wonderful referral and emergency practices close by. GMAH doctors have no after-hours emergency or Holiday duties.

A long term relationship with our practice is desired, with the possibility of ownership possible. Experienced veterinarians or new graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience with pocket pets would be a plus.
We offer a generous benefit package including medical insurance, continuing education, retirement plan, vacation, and much more. Salary is commensurate with experience and includes production bonus.
